This week marks a special milestone for everyone at Absolute Digital Media. We are turning 18!<\/p>\n

When our CEO Ben Austin founded the agency in 2008, the ambition was simple but bold: to build a digital marketing agency that delivered real, measurable growth for brands operating in the toughest corners of the market. Eighteen years on, that founding principle still shapes everything we do.<\/p>\n

From Full-Service Agency to Regulated Specialists<\/strong><\/h2>\n

In our early years, we built our reputation as a full-service digital marketing agency, partnering with businesses across a wide range of sectors. Over time, we noticed a gap. The industries that needed expert search marketing the most were often the ones that many other agencies avoided. Compliance was complex, advertising restrictions were severe, and the margin for error was slim.<\/p>\n

Rather than steering clear, we leaned in<\/strong>. Today, Absolute Digital Media is recognised as the UK’s specialist agency for regulated and competitive sectors<\/a>, working where others won’t. We have grown from a single UK base into a team operating across London, Essex and Dubai, with active expansion into the UAE and wider international markets.<\/p>\n

That growth speaks for itself. We have now won over 175 industry awards<\/strong> since 2008 and maintain a 97% client retention rate<\/strong>, a figure we are especially proud of because it reflects the long-term partnerships at the heart of our work.<\/p>\n

An Award-Winning Year<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The past twelve months have been one of our strongest yet. Most recently, we were named winners of Best Use of Search B2C (PPC)<\/strong><\/a> at the European Search Awards 2026 for our work with The Swallow Co. That followed a double win at the UK Digital Excellence Awards 2026<\/a>, where we took home Standout B2C Ecommerce Website of the Year<\/strong> and Standout Integrated B2C Campaign of the Year<\/strong>, both for our work with Stelrad, alongside Best Integrated Paid Media Campaign<\/strong><\/a> at the UK Paid Media Awards 2026.<\/p>\n

That momentum built on a remarkable 2025. At the European Agency Awards<\/a>, we were crowned SEO Agency of the Year<\/strong> and won Best SEO Campaign<\/strong>. We also took home Best New Business Campaign<\/strong><\/a> at the UK Agency Awards 2025, plus Stand Out Low Budget SEO Campaign of the Year <\/strong><\/a>at the UK Digital Excellence Awards 2025. Each of these wins is judged by independent industry panels, which makes them a true reflection of the results we deliver for our clients.<\/p>\n

Strengthening Our Leadership<\/strong><\/h2>\n

As we scale, we have invested in the leadership to take us into our next chapter. We were delighted to welcome Luke Kyte as our new Managing Director<\/a> in February. Luke joins us from GAIN, formerly Reddico, where he spent more than a decade helping build one of the UK’s most celebrated agency cultures. In his new role, he is focused on operational excellence, service delivery and business development as we continue to grow at home and abroad.<\/p>\n

Founder and CEO Ben Austin remains closely involved in the business, leading on strategic direction, new business and our international expansion. Together, this gives our clients and our team the benefit of dedicated, hands-on senior leadership at every level.<\/p>\n
