Time flies when you’re having fun… and working hard! We’re over the moon to have received our Q4 Best Companies rankings last week and are thrilled to have maintained our awesome positions amongst some of the best businesses in the industry and country.

In case you missed our previous coverage, Best Companies host a quarterly event named Best Companies Live to reveal all the organisations who have made the national, regional and sector league tables for 2022. Having begun to work with Best Companies at the start of the year, we are overwhelmed with the support they have provided us which has helped our remote workforce to grow, develop and strengthen as a result.

“I’m delighted that Absolute has maintained its strong Best Companies rankings in Q4 following what has been an interesting year for the business and its team. We’ve continued to push full steam ahead across the agency, introducing our new digital PR service offering at the start of the year to accommodate a change in business direction which we held back during Covid.

It’s safe to say that the teams’ efforts throughout the year have continued to pay off and we were delighted to have the resource to reward them far beyond the usual perks and benefits many agencies have to offer. In addition to taking the team on an all-expenses paid for trip to Amsterdam, we were able to follow this up with an exciting 4 days in New York to celebrate the agencies U.S. expansion.

But we also recognise that maintaining a good work ethic is far beyond what we can physically offer our staff. This year, we’ve primarily focused on the mental health and well-being of the team, supporting them in both their personal and work lives and doing what we can to assure them ourselves and through seeking support from outside professionals through counselling and other means.”

Now, as a digital marketing agency, we’re putting our focus to the year ahead, looking at innovative ways we can further motivate our staff outside of the norm. We want to be known for our attractive perks that actually benefit what people want through concentrating on what matters the most to the team and interpreting how we can best implement them in a way that is suitable for everyone.
