With treatments ranging from non-invasive and minimally invasive right through to cosmetic surgery options, they have a large target audience. Their objectives were clear:

The Strategy

When EF MEDISPA partnered with us, we conducted a full site audit to determine weaknesses and areas of improvement on the site.

A key focus point of the campaign was strategic, targeted outreach integrating high-quality content marketing to earn links from industry-relevant, authoritative sites.

We carried out full on-site optimisation to improve relevancy for our chosen keywords and to provide a clearer user journey for visitors.

As part of this, we carried out a complete redesign across our target treatment pages taking into consideration UX, IA and CRO.

The Solution

  • We conducted an in-depth technical audit of the site, highlighting a large number of orphan pages and old-style pages which were no longer being used but were extensively cannibalising with the new service pages. We implemented a lengthy content consolidation and redirect process in order to reduce the harm this was having on the site.
  • EF MEDISPA wanted to be seen as experts in their field, providing enough information to their users on the site prior to the point of contact in order to further qualify the leads and ensure they were the right kind of customer. In order to do this, we conducted in-depth market and competitor research, not only looking closely at the core location-based competitors but also some of the UK’s and Europe’s leading medispas and cosmetic surgeons to ensure we were providing customers with all of the information that they required about the services and treatments offered, about the conditions and what were the best solutions, and any individualised details regarding procedure time, recovery period and aftercare.
  • We were highly targeted with location-based terminology throughout the content and the offsite specifically around London and Edgbaston.


Since we partnered with EF MEDISPA, we have achieved a 113.73% increase in Page 1 positions.

We have also seen a 70.71% increase in overall keyword positions.

As a result, organic goal completions have increased by 385.54%.
