Vera Clinic sees 89% conversion increase with our paid strategy

The Client.

Vera Clinic were looking for a full-service agency who could improve their digital visibility and generate new online sales and leads through a range of paid and organic marketing techniques. We devised an integrated campaign consisting of search, Digital PR and paid advertising for a higher ROI through using SEO data to reduce PPC expenditures and further establish where and how to use our chosen keywords.

The Objectives

Vera Clinic operate in a highly competitive industry meaning that we needed to make sure our strategy would generate early success to provide a base for the campaign as we continued to develop it overtime. We conducted keyword and competitor research to create an effective campaign structure for each language which was then further targeted by country.

The Strategy.

To support our approach, we applied smart bidding across all the campaigns, utilising responsive search ads and providing the required signals to the machine learning such as that of the different audiences. This came as part of our new landing page creation that had been re-optimised to achieve greater conversions.

The Campaign.

Working in tandem with the team at Vera Clinic, we created a bespoke report using Looker Studio to closely monitor positive and negative leads generated by country. This enabled us to effectively expand our targeting and create ads relevant to those within that country based on what’s trending and treatment preference. With a high volume of Google Ads campaigns running at any time, it was imperative that we were able to track and monitor each one. To do so, we set up a range of bespoke campaign naming conversions and labels to support us in managing the activity. Vera Clinic had also previously relied on Interest Targeting on Facebook but due to the changes made on the platform, they were no longer able to target users who were interested in hair loss treatments. We built a 20-page report to identify relevant audiences and provide all the data we needed for further campaign optimisation which included setting out a new paid media strategy that enabled us to effectively target new countries and look-alike audiences through creating a series of ads and ad copy that could be A/B tested against one another to increase reach.
