I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Absolute Digital Media, and I am grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of this amazing team! I have learned invaluable skills during my time here and have been able to develop both personally and professionally. From starting my apprenticeship at Absolute and progressing to a Senior Digital PR Executive in the PR team has been an incredible experience. I have always felt supported by the team and through the training I have received. Working for Absolute Digital Media has been one of the highlights of my career! What Ben and Lou have created here is just mind blowing. Absolute has changed the agency game. There’s so much more to the company than just your role. The team is very supportive of one another, creating a friendly and welcoming environment which can sometimes be hard to maintain when working from home. However, we’ve been able to sustain our fun, thriving culture through virtual team building activities (cocktail masterclasses, online horse racing and team escape rooms!) and have introduced even more to support the mental and physical health of staff. As an apprentice at Absolute Digital Media, my experience has been incredibly rewarding and transformative. No two days are the same at Absolute Digital Media. As the agencies Finance Director, it’s great to have been a part of and seen our growth at every angle from the broad range of clients we work with and the teams ongoing development, to how we have evolved as a business over the past 16 years. During my time here, I’ve also had the opportunity to attend numerous exciting events including industry-leading conferences such as Brighton SEO, award ceremonies both in the UK and Europe, summer and Christmas team meet-ups, and much more. Starting at Absolute Digital as an apprentice was nerve wracking, but they eased me right into my role and helped me smoothly transition into my new role when I transitioned from Outreach to SEO. I've experienced incredible professional growth through extensive training and mentorship. The collaborative and supportive work environment has made learning enjoyable and rewarding, and the team has the perfect balance of hard work and knowing when to have a good laugh. Which makes every day challenging, but I know I have my team’s support.

I’ve been a part of Absolute Digital Media’s team since 2017, progressing from Content Writer to Marketing Manager. The opportunities have been second-to-none; from the chance to level-up in my role, to all the amazing summer parties, award ceremonies, and experiences abroad we’ve endeveoured. I have been working at absolute nearly 7 Years now. I started as an apprentice and have been given lots of opportunities to progress with my career. I have recieved lots of training and support throughout my career at Absolute Digital which has helped me get to where I am today. I've had memories I will never forget as a result of working for the company including a trip to new york and amazing parties and have also managed to achieve multiple campaign awards wins off the back of the amazing team around me. I look forward to continuing my career at Absolute as well as making more memories and achieving more fantastic campaign results!

I am enjoying working at Absolute Digital. There are so many good things about it, starting from it being a fully remote agency. This gives me all the flexibility I need to keep an unparalleled work-life balance. But the best thing is my colleagues. I find myself surrounded by top talent. Always available to lend a hand and support. I am able to learn from them every day and that is all I need as a Senior PPC Manager.

I have worked in SEO since I was 20 years old and have worked for a handful of agencies, but agencies like Absolute succeed through valuing their employees. In my time working here, I can confidently say that this team is supportive and welcoming one, the dedication the staff hasn't gone unnoticed and this agency is built so well upon that. I've worked at Absolute for nearly 7 years now where i started as an apprentice and have worked my way up to Finance Manager. I've received amazing support from the team throughout my journey at Absolute, as an apprentice whilst i was completing my exams and even now to help me develop within my role. Working at Absolute has been great so far. From the beginning, colleagues and senior management have been very supportive, helping me grow as an SEO expert. Even though we’re all working from home, we maintain a strong team dynamic through regular communication, which is really nice.
