It’s not everyday you get recognised as the 34th Best Small Company to work for in the UK so when you are, celebrations are due!
Being a remote digital marketing agency isn’t easy and something we have continued to develop over the last 2 years since the start of Covid. We had never considered the possibility of remote work before, which meant that we pretty much started from scratch, diving head first into the deep end.
We took the time to speak to our team to find out what mattered to them as we began exploring remote working together. We regularly asked our teams what they wanted from us in order to provide the best work environment even when we had no choice but to work in our homes.
Following the end of Covid, we’re delighted to have been able to offer an even wider pool of perks and initiative to support our teams in this new way of working. Now, our teams can work from Europe if they want to, opening up greater opportunities for an enhanced work/ life balance.
