Luxury Toy X drives 121% transaction increase with marketing push

The Client.

Luxury Toy X is a luxury sex toy retailer based in the U.S. They offer a wide range of sex toys for women, men, and couples in addition to BDSM toys and gear and lube. Operating in the highly competitive adult industry, we needed to form a highly targeted SEO strategy that would grow the brands online visibility whilst ensuring all their products were easy to find to improve sales and revenue.

The Objectives

Luxury Toy X were keen to make their objectives clear – operating in a highly competitive market, they needed to achieve the results they had initially set out to support the growth of the business. This meant as their chosen seo marketing agency, we needed to work fast to ensure the campaign was profitable from the get-go.

The Strategy.

Following the initial strategy, we began to highlight areas of the campaign we would work on in priority order ranging from highest priory to lowest priority to provide us with the chance to pick up some initial traction whilst we continued to work across the different areas of the campaign.

The Campaign.

When partnering with Luxury Toy X, the first step was to create an in-depth keyword mapping file that focused on the all the collection pages on the website. This was vital to identifying the long-term direction of the campaign as we required this insight to formulate a bigger business picture that would support the brands ongoing growth. We were then able to build out specific landing pages for each of the collections. Some of which included the types of sex toys available to purchase online in addition to the brands the retailer sold. To support the buyer journey, we’ve produced FAQs for specific brand pages to ensure product brand related queries are being answered. To capitalise on this, we implemented FAQ schema to further improve CTR and dominate SERPs. We have also recently provided a range of UX optimisations across the site to improve customer touch points from when they initially clicked on the site through to purchase.
