Megaflatables is a leading giant inflatables manufacturer in the UK who approached us looking for an SEO marketing agency who could successfully heighten the website’s profile through an effective SEO and link building strategy. More specifically, they wanted the campaign to focus on increasing the visibility around their core services which includes Giant Inflatables and Inflatables Blimps.

The Objectives

Megaflatables were keen to make their objectives clear – operating in a highly competitive market, they needed to achieve the results they had initially set out to support the growth of the business. This meant that we needed to work fast to ensure the campaign was profitable from the get-go.

The Strategy.

Over the last 6 months we have optimised all the target pages including the ‘giant inflatables’ and ‘inflatable blimps’ pages. We also created further FAQ content to ensure all answers to frequent user queries can easily be found online to enhance user experience. We’re now looking to create new pages as per the opportunities identified in a recent competitor analysis such as ‘music inflatables’ to support the brand rank for music industry inflatable related queries – a key area they wish to brand further out to in 2023.

The Campaign.

In addition to creating new content for the website to support our overall SEO approach, we devised an effective link building strategy that heavily targeted ‘giant inflatables’ and ‘giant inflatable’ key terms, improving the clients ranking position for their top-selling products. As a result, they are now ranking position 1 for ‘giant inflatables’ and position to for ‘giant inflatable’, positioning them above the likes of Amazon! We recently noted that the businesses previous ‘for hire’ page was somewhat outdated but, as we wanted to keep the page as a sub-page for the new ‘for hire’ section on the site, we treated it as a gallery. We have since implemented a new ‘for hire’ page on the website that focuses on user-friendliness and a design that better fits the brand to offer greater transparency. This involved creating well-structured subcategories and reducing the size of the gallery by optimising media files to improve the speed of the site.
