Shofiur's work splits four ways. The first is application and platform development: internal tools and client systems designed from the data model up rather than assembled from plugins, and built so someone other than the author can maintain them.
The second is delivery and infrastructure: branching discipline, CI/CD pipelines, staging and production environments, database design and backups, monitoring, and the release process that gets a change onto a live regulated site without breaking it. Most of what people call a website problem is really a deployment or environment problem.
The third is technical SEO: crawl and indexation, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and migrations that cannot afford to shed visibility.
The fourth, and the fastest-moving, is AI. He builds the agency's internal AI tooling on top of large language models, integrates models into client and internal applications, and works on the search side of the same shift, making sure a site is retrievable and quotable by AI assistants, not just rankable in a blue-link result.
