Restaurant digital PR agency in the UAE for venues that deserve to be found

A great deal of dining demand in the UAE is decided by a guide, a list, or a review long before anyone visits a venue website, and those placements are earned rather than bought. As a restaurant digital PR agency, we put your venue in front of the food editors and critics behind them, through openings, chef stories, and original data that a journalist genuinely wants to publish, along with the authority links that strengthen your search visibility. With over 175 industry awards since 2008, our digital PR in Dubai team connects every placement to your wider restaurant marketing in Dubai and hospitality SEO, so one great story brings in diners, bookings, and lasting reputation.

    Why a specialist

The restaurant digital PR experience behind every placement we earn

Restaurant digital PR points media relations at the places that decide where people eat: city guides, round-ups, food and travel media, openings coverage, and awards. Done well, it earns three things at once: the mention a guest reads, the authority link behind it, and the corroboration an AI assistant leans on when asked to recommend somewhere. As a restaurant digital PR agency, we build every story around what editors genuinely want, from chef profiles and new openings to original dining data, keeping editorial coverage clearly distinct from paid promotion so that each placement earns lasting trust.

With over 175 industry awards since 2008, our digital PR in Dubai team connects every placement to your wider restaurant marketing in Dubai and hospitality SEO, turning great stories into bookings and a stronger reputation.

    How the work runs

A real angle, checked, then pitched narrowly

We start from what is genuinely happening at the venue, because an opening, a new chef, a menu with a story or a defensible piece of data will run and a press release about a drinks list will not. The angle is then checked against the advertising standards and against what you can actually evidence, and pitched to a short list of titles a guest in your catchment reads rather than to everybody.

Creator activity is treated as advertising and verified against the permit rules before anything is agreed, because it is a different discipline with a different obligation. Talk to our team about which guides your competitors are in and you are not.

    Questions

    Restaurant digital PR, answered

    What is restaurant digital PR?

The practice of earning coverage and authoritative links for a venue through stories editors actually want: openings, chefs, menus with something behind them, seasonal angles and defensible data.

It earns the mention a guest reads, the authority link behind it and the corroboration an assistant uses when it recommends somewhere. Those three arrive together or not at all.

Is a paid creator post digital PR?

No. That is advertising, and anyone publishing advertising content from inside the UAE needs an Advertiser Permit from the UAE Media Council, which since February 2026 includes unpaid promotion such as a meal in exchange for a post.

We keep the two separate, and verify a creator holds a permit before a partnership is agreed. Confusing them is how a venue ends up exposed.

Can a story mention the bar?

Not as the angle, because alcohol is prohibited in the UAE advertising standards, so a licensed venue may serve it and cannot promote it publicly, with very limited exceptions inside the areas designated for consumption.

The story leads on the chef, the room, the opening or the occasion. In practice those are better angles anyway.

What kind of stories work for a venue here?

Openings and relaunches, a named chef with a genuine track record, a menu with a real provenance story, seasonal and Ramadan angles, and data that says something a reader did not know.

What does not work is a rewritten menu sent out as news. Editors here see a great deal of that.

How is digital PR different from link building?

Digital PR earns coverage and links through stories, while link building is the broader discipline of growing authority, including the listings and profiles a venue needs that will never be a story.

They overlap and we run both. See Link Building for Hospitality.

    How do you measure it?

On the relevance and authority of the coverage, the links earned, the referral traffic and the occasion rankings and bookings that follow, rather than on a placement count.

For a venue we also watch whether the coverage puts you into the guides an assistant quotes, since that is increasingly where a recommendation comes from.

Does this work for a hotel as well as a restaurant?

Yes, and the angles differ enough to be planned separately, because a hotel is competing for rooms on international travel media while a restaurant is competing for a local decision made within the hour.

A hotel with several outlets usually needs both programmes at once, and the outlets get lost if they are folded into the hotel story.
