Restaurant advertising agency UAE brands use to turn searches into covers

Paid search is the fastest lever a venue has, but a quiet Tuesday, a new launch, and a Ramadan campaign each need a different approach, not one shared budget. Our restaurant PPC management plans every occasion separately for restaurants, hotels, and hospitality brands across Dubai and the wider UAE, with targeting, timing, and ad copy built around the moments diners are ready to book and messaging that respects local advertising standards and culture. It is specialist PPC for the hospitality sector, measured on bookings and covers rather than clicks.

    Why a specialist

Restaurant PPC management shaped around service times, locations and launches

Paid media for a venue is bought against a decision made in the next few hours, or in the case of a hotel against the online travel agents bidding on your own name. That makes the account structure unusual: occasion campaigns rather than product campaigns, tight geography, day parting that follows service, and a separate plan for the launches and the seasonal peaks that carry most of the year. It is one of the disciplines on our PPC offer, run for the venues in our hospitality work.

What an advert may say is the part a European brief gets wrong. Alcohol is prohibited in the UAE advertising standards, so it stays out of ad copy, extensions, creative and the landing page behind them, even for a licensed venue. Food and health claims in an advert have to be substantiated, and a price or an offer has to hold up under the UAE consumer protection law once the guest arrives.

    How the work runs

Buy the occasion, measure the cover

We start with the calendar rather than the keyword list, because in this sector the calendar decides where the money should be: the season, Ramadan and Eid, the launch, the quiet midweek. Then the account is built by occasion and outlet with tight geography and day parting that follows service, and the measurement is connected before the spend goes live, including call tracking, because a booking taken on the phone is otherwise invisible.

Compliance is a build step, not a review step. Alcohol never appears in copy, creative or the landing page, and an offer goes live only if the venue will honour it exactly as written. Talk to our team about which weeks of your year paid media should be carrying.

    Questions

    Restaurant advertising agency, answered

What does hospitality PPC actually cover?

Paid search and paid shopping for venues, planned by occasion and service window and managed to bookings, covers and orders rather than clicks. For hotels it extends to the room searches the online travel agents bid on.

Paid social sits alongside it and is often the better lever for a launch. We treat the two as one budget with two jobs.

Can we advertise a licensed venue?

Yes, but not the alcohol, because it is prohibited in the UAE advertising standards, so a licensed venue may serve it and cannot promote it publicly, with very limited exceptions inside the areas designated for consumption.

That covers the advert and the page it points at. The buy is built on the food, the room and the occasion instead.

Where should a venue spend first?

Usually on the occasions and windows you are currently absent from, rather than on your own name, because brand searches mostly collect guests who were already coming.

The exception is a hotel, where defending your own name against the travel agents can be the single most valuable line in the account.

How do you plan around Ramadan and the season?

By budgeting the year rather than the month, because daytime trade contracts during Ramadan while iftar and suhoor become the business, and the season and the summer behave nothing like each other.

The creative, the offers and the landing pages have to be ready before the month starts. Eid immediately afterwards is planned in the same pass.

How do you measure paid media for a venue?

On bookings, covers and orders, with call tracking connected, because a large share of venue bookings still arrive by phone and are otherwise credited to nothing.

Some of that takes a little setup at the start. We would rather build it properly than report impressions as a result.

Do you run the delivery aggregator advertising?

We plan around it and audit it, because a great deal of ordering happens inside the aggregators and their paid placement is a separate auction from search with its own economics.

What we will not do is treat it as an afterthought, since for a delivery led venue it is often the larger of the two.

Can paid media carry a new opening?

It is usually the fastest thing available, because a new venue has no reviews, no ranking history and no map pack position yet, and paid search and paid social can create demand while those build.

The advert still has to lead on the food, the room and the occasion. Anything drinks led stays inside the venue where it is permitted.
