AI Visibility training for regulated in-house teams
A working day on generative engine optimisation: how large language models choose what to cite, and how a regulated brand becomes one of the sources rather than a footnote in someone else’s answer.
What the day covers
The spine of the session. The examples and the live accounts we work in are yours.
How models choose sources
Retrieval, grounding and citation in plain terms, with the parts that are known separated honestly from the parts that are inferred.
Entity and brand clarity
Making it unambiguous who you are, what you are licensed to do and where, so a model has something solid to ground on.
Writing for restatement
Structuring claims so the paraphrase keeps the qualifier, because the qualifier is the part the regulator cares about.
Structured data that earns trust
Schema as a machine-readable statement of fact, and which types actually matter for citation.
Monitoring what is said about you
Building a repeatable check across assistants when there is no rank tracker for this.
When to correct the record
What to do when an engine states something about your brand that is wrong, out of date, or non-compliant.
Module by module
Run in this order, because each one assumes the last.
How generative search works
Retrieval, grounding and citation, taught at the depth needed to make decisions rather than to pass a quiz.
Entity foundations
Getting your brand, licences and jurisdictions unambiguous across the sources models read.
Source material that survives paraphrase
Writing so the restated version still carries the qualifications the original did.
Structured data clinic
Working through your own schema and fixing what misrepresents you.
Third-party sources
Why models lean on sources you do not own, and what you can legitimately do about it.
Measuring visibility
Building a tracking approach for a channel with no official numbers, and reporting it honestly.
Correcting a bad answer
A practical runbook for when an assistant says something about you that compliance cannot live with.
AI Visibility is where a compliance error travels furthest
Taught with your market’s constraints built in.
A generative engine restates your position in its own words, to someone who never visits your site and never sees your disclaimers. For an unregulated brand a paraphrase is a nuisance. For a licensed one it is a claim published in your name that you did not write and cannot see. Training covers what actually influences citation, how to structure source material so a model repeats the qualified version, and how to monitor what is being said when there is no ranking report to check.

From a scoping call to a team that can do the work
The same shape whichever discipline you book.
The people in the room are the ones doing the work
Our trainers are the specialists who run client campaigns in regulated markets the rest of the week. That is the whole proposition: when somebody asks what happens in an awkward edge case, the answer comes from having been in one rather than from the next slide.
AI Visibility training, answered
Who is this training for?
In-house marketing teams, and the people around them who need to brief or review the work. We run sessions for complete beginners, for experienced marketers moving into a regulated sector for the first time, and for senior teams who want a second opinion on their approach. The scoping call sets the level.
Is the training specific to regulated industries?
Yes. That is the reason to come to us rather than a general training provider. Every module is taught with the constraints of your market built in, because the tactics that work in an unregulated sector are often the ones that get a regulated brand into trouble.
Where does the training take place?
At your offices, at ours in Dubai, or remotely. Hands-on work needs your team in their own accounts, which works equally well in a room or on a call, though a full day in person tends to hold attention better than a full day on video.
How long is a session?
Most are a single day, or two half-days if taking a whole team off the floor at once is difficult. Shorter formats work for a single module, and longer programmes work when a team is being brought up from a standing start.
How many people can attend?
Up to about twelve. Beyond that the hands-on half stops working, because there is not enough time to get round everyone’s screen. Larger teams are usually better split across two sessions by level.
Do you certify attendees?
No. We are not an accreditation body and a certificate from an agency means very little. What attendees leave with is the deck, their own worked files and a written summary of what we found in their accounts.
What does it cost?
It depends on the format, the number of attendees and how much of the syllabus you need, so the scoping call comes before the quote. We would rather size it honestly than publish a price that turns out to be wrong for your team.
Can you train our team and run our campaigns?
Yes, and a fair number of clients do both. Training a team to brief and review well tends to make the agency relationship better, not redundant. It also works the other way round: some clients train up in order to bring work in-house, and that is a legitimate reason to book.
