PPC training for regulated in-house teams
A working day on paid search and shopping in markets where the platform has its own rulebook on top of the regulator’s. Your team leaves able to build, approve and optimise campaigns that stay live.
What the day covers
The spine of the session. The examples and the live accounts we work in are yours.
Account structure that scales
Campaign and ad group architecture that stays manageable when half your keywords need separate approval.
Restricted categories and certification
What each platform requires before you can run at all, and how long it really takes.
Writing ads that clear policy
Copy that converts and survives both the platform’s review and your own compliance team’s.
Landing page compliance
The page is part of the ad. What the platforms check for, and what gets an account suspended.
Bidding and budget control
Smart bidding, where automation helps, and where handing control to the machine is a bad idea in a regulated account.
Surviving a suspension
What to do in the first hour, how appeals actually work, and how to reduce the chance of a repeat.
Module by module
Run in this order, because each one assumes the last.
Paid search fundamentals
Auctions, quality signals and match types, with the assumptions that do not hold in restricted categories flagged.
Certification and approvals
Getting and keeping the permissions each platform requires in your sector.
Account architecture
Building a structure your team can still manage in a year.
Ad copy under two rulebooks
Writing for the customer, the platform and the regulator in the same thirty characters.
Landing pages and policy
Auditing your own pages against the policies that get accounts suspended.
Bidding, budgets and automation
Where to automate and where automation will quietly spend money it should not.
Measurement and attribution
Conversion tracking, consent and what your numbers are really telling you.
In regulated PPC the platform is a second regulator
Taught with your market’s constraints built in.
Google and Meta both run their own certification and restricted-category rules, and they enforce them with automated suspensions that arrive without warning and without much explanation. A team can be entirely compliant with its own regulator and still lose an account overnight for a landing page that breaches an ad policy nobody read. Training deals with both rulebooks at once, because in practice they are inseparable.

From a scoping call to a team that can do the work
The same shape whichever discipline you book.
The people in the room are the ones doing the work
Our trainers are the specialists who run client campaigns in regulated markets the rest of the week. That is the whole proposition: when somebody asks what happens in an awkward edge case, the answer comes from having been in one rather than from the next slide.
PPC training, answered
Who is this training for?
In-house marketing teams, and the people around them who need to brief or review the work. We run sessions for complete beginners, for experienced marketers moving into a regulated sector for the first time, and for senior teams who want a second opinion on their approach. The scoping call sets the level.
Is the training specific to regulated industries?
Yes. That is the reason to come to us rather than a general training provider. Every module is taught with the constraints of your market built in, because the tactics that work in an unregulated sector are often the ones that get a regulated brand into trouble.
Where does the training take place?
At your offices, at ours in Dubai, or remotely. Hands-on work needs your team in their own accounts, which works equally well in a room or on a call, though a full day in person tends to hold attention better than a full day on video.
How long is a session?
Most are a single day, or two half-days if taking a whole team off the floor at once is difficult. Shorter formats work for a single module, and longer programmes work when a team is being brought up from a standing start.
How many people can attend?
Up to about twelve. Beyond that the hands-on half stops working, because there is not enough time to get round everyone’s screen. Larger teams are usually better split across two sessions by level.
Do you certify attendees?
No. We are not an accreditation body and a certificate from an agency means very little. What attendees leave with is the deck, their own worked files and a written summary of what we found in their accounts.
What does it cost?
It depends on the format, the number of attendees and how much of the syllabus you need, so the scoping call comes before the quote. We would rather size it honestly than publish a price that turns out to be wrong for your team.
Can you train our team and run our campaigns?
Yes, and a fair number of clients do both. Training a team to brief and review well tends to make the agency relationship better, not redundant. It also works the other way round: some clients train up in order to bring work in-house, and that is a legitimate reason to book.
