As the agency's CFO, it's great to have been a part of and seen our growth at every angle from the broad range of clients we work with and the team's ongoing development, to how we have evolved as a business over the past 18 years. During my time here, I've also had the opportunity to attend numerous exciting events including industry-leading conferences such as Brighton SEO, award ceremonies both in the UK and Europe, summer and Christmas team meet-ups, and much more. I'm excited to see what's ahead of us!

I have been working at Absolute nearly 7 years now. I started as an apprentice and have been given lots of opportunities to progress with my career. I have received lots of training and support throughout my career at Absolute Digital which has helped me get to where I am today. I've had memories I will never forget as a result of working for the company including a trip to New York and amazing parties and have also managed to achieve multiple campaign award wins off the back of the amazing team around me. I look forward to continuing my career at Absolute as well as making more memories and achieving more fantastic campaign results!

Working for Absolute enables me to focus on content creation, helping our clients achieve success in the SERPs. No two days are the same, and as it is a busy environment, there is always something new on the horizon. The agency supports my development and pushes me to work at my best every single day. I've progressed during my time here into a senior position, enabling me to have more involvement with the agency's future. I've worked at Absolute for nearly 7 years now where I started as an apprentice and have worked my way up to Finance Manager. I've received amazing support from the team throughout my journey at Absolute, as an apprentice whilst I was completing my exams and even now to help me develop within my role. I've had some great experiences too with Absolute during my time here such as summer parties, awards nights & trips abroad. I'm really looking forward to see the company continue to grow in the future!

I've worked at Absolute for 8 years now, starting as an apprentice and advancing to a senior role. The supportive environment enabled me to develop from an apprentice, grow as a key team member, and eventually advance to a head of department role. The agency values work-life balance with flexible hours with remote working. Overall, it's been a great experience, and I'm grateful for the skills and opportunities I've gained here.
