Digital marketing training built for regulated markets
Most training teaches tactics that assume nobody is checking. We train in-house teams to work in markets where somebody is: property, financial services, healthcare, virtual assets, hospitality and B2B. Sessions are run by the specialists who deliver the campaigns, using your own accounts and the rules that actually apply to you.
A session for every discipline we run
Each one is taught the way we practise it, with the constraints of your market built into every module rather than bolted on at the end.
SEO
A working day on how organic search is won in a market where the content has to clear review before it ships. Your team leaves able to plan, brief and audit SEO that holds up to both a search engine and a regulator.
GEO
A working day on generative engine optimisation: how large language models choose what to cite, and how a regulated brand becomes one of the sources rather than a footnote in someone else’s answer.
PPC
A working day on paid search and shopping in markets where the platform has its own rulebook on top of the regulator’s. Your team leaves able to build, approve and optimise campaigns that stay live.
Social Media
A working day on organic and paid social for brands that answer to a regulator, covering what can be said, who can say it, and what has to be kept on record.
Content
A working day on planning, writing and governing content in a market where every page is reviewed. Your team leaves able to produce content that performs and clears sign-off first time.
Digital PR
A working day on earning coverage and authority in sectors most journalists approach warily. Your team leaves able to build stories, pitch them and handle the scrutiny that follows.
Training by discipline
Each session is taught the way we practise it.
Taught by people who still do the work
Not a training department. The specialists running your session deliver client campaigns the rest of the week.
There is a particular kind of training that teaches the version of a discipline that works in theory. It is recognisable immediately: the examples are famous brands in unregulated sectors, the tactics assume no legal review, and nobody in the room can picture using any of it on Sunday morning. We teach what we actually do, which in a regulated market means teaching the constraints as carefully as the tactics. Working in licensed categories since 2008 has meant learning those constraints the slow way, and the awkward parts are the parts worth teaching.

From a scoping call to a team that can do the work
The same shape whichever discipline you book.
The people in the room are the ones doing the work
Our trainers are the specialists who run client campaigns in regulated markets the rest of the week. That is the whole proposition: when somebody asks what happens in an awkward edge case, the answer comes from having been in one rather than from the next slide.
Training, answered
Who is this training for?
In-house marketing teams, and the people around them who need to brief or review the work. We run sessions for complete beginners, for experienced marketers moving into a regulated sector for the first time, and for senior teams who want a second opinion on their approach. The scoping call sets the level.
Is the training specific to regulated industries?
Yes. That is the reason to come to us rather than a general training provider. Every module is taught with the constraints of your market built in, because the tactics that work in an unregulated sector are often the ones that get a regulated brand into trouble.
Where does the training take place?
At your offices, at ours in Dubai, or remotely. Hands-on work needs your team in their own accounts, which works equally well in a room or on a call, though a full day in person tends to hold attention better than a full day on video.
How long is a session?
Most are a single day, or two half-days if taking a whole team off the floor at once is difficult. Shorter formats work for a single module, and longer programmes work when a team is being brought up from a standing start.
How many people can attend?
Up to about twelve. Beyond that the hands-on half stops working, because there is not enough time to get round everyone’s screen. Larger teams are usually better split across two sessions by level.
Do you certify attendees?
No. We are not an accreditation body and a certificate from an agency means very little. What attendees leave with is the deck, their own worked files and a written summary of what we found in their accounts.
What does it cost?
It depends on the format, the number of attendees and how much of the syllabus you need, so the scoping call comes before the quote. We would rather size it honestly than publish a price that turns out to be wrong for your team.
Can you train our team and run our campaigns?
Yes, and a fair number of clients do both. Training a team to brief and review well tends to make the agency relationship better, not redundant. It also works the other way round: some clients train up in order to bring work in-house, and that is a legitimate reason to book.
